EFFECTIVE AUGUST 30, 2010. This year we have had at least eight people
who have made reservations and failed to notify us they were not coming or
notified us one week before their scheduled reservation. This is after we
e-mailed them a reminder. At that late date we were unable to fill their slots
even though we had turned other people away during the summer.
So, unfortunately, we are requiring your donation of $150 be mailed to
Christian Pastor Retreat, 365 Spruce Creek Drive, Jamestown, TN 38556
when your reservation is confirmed. Your check will be cashed immediately.
If you cancel more than 45 days before your scheduled reservation we will
refund your donation. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case
by case basis.
The number of people seeking reservations has been overwhelming. We
ask that after you have stayed with us you wait one calendar year to
schedule another stay. So, if you stayed in 2009 you could reschedule for
2011.
After you have chosen an available date from the online calendar, fill out the
form below and submit. We will then e-mail you with a confirmation.
PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE COMING WITH SOMEONE WHO IS
RESERVING A SECOND CABIN SO THAT WE CAN SCHEDULE THEM
TOGETHER. ALSO, LET US KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL NEEDS,
SUCH AS NO STEPS, MEMBERS OF YOUR PARTY CANNOT SLEEP IN LOFT,
ETC. INDICATE EVERYONE WHO WILL BE COMING. NO LAST MINUTE
SURPRISES, PLEASE.
It is possible that we may need to switch cabins if a reservation is made
where the number of people in the family warrants a larger or smaller cabin.
All cabins are equally nice and I think you will be pleased with any cabin.
Please be gracious if your cabin assignment is switched before you arrive.
